I draw from a variety of approaches depending on each client’s unique needs, treating the entire self: body, thoughts, emotions, relationships, and creativity. Life is full of both pain and joy; I want to help you be present for all of it.
I offer individual and group clinical mental health counseling and therapy, in areas of specialty including addictions, substance use disorders, eating disorders, codependency, anxiety, depression, interpersonal and sexual violence, trauma recovery, behavioral health, self-esteem, personal growth and life purpose, general wellness coaching. I draw from holistic, client-centered, positive and strengths based approaches, in which I may utilize techniques from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, systems/family dynamics, solution-focused, mindfulness, and psychoeducational modalities. My primary concern is your welfare and I welcome any feedback regarding our work.
