I believe that healing is a deeply personalized journey that occurs in many ways. I offer a blend of compassion and skills to create a space fostering self compassion, vulnerability, change and growth. I draw from a variety of approaches depending on each client’s unique needs, working in collaboration with each client to treat their entire self.

I offer individual and group clinical mental health therapy, in areas of specialty including personal growth and change, family/systems dynamics, trauma recovery, eating disorders, addictions, codependency, depression, anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions and purpose, general wellness coaching, and self-compassion. I draw from holistic, client-centered, positive and strengths based approaches, in which I may utilize techniques from family/systems dynamics, attachment theory, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused, and psychoeducational modalities.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Music from Connecticut College.

I live in Telluride, Colorado with my husband and our daughter. I enjoy being with my family, playing outside, traveling, and the arts.
